Just want to say hi as an new user. Located in co. Louth and now on the long way to having APBT puppy. I'm not familiar with all the law issues according breed, specially in co. Louth - because AFAIK there is few flaws with it. Still looking on the forum thread about it. The pup will be an import. Spicy thing is, there is one dog in the house already (not related to bully breads, kind of opposite) - so I really enjoyed welcome thread of user "Pacanto", all the advices and useful stuff there from forum EP.com members.

Well that's it I think, hopefully will got the pup here safely and securely.

Well, not so simple as it should. In town where I live with my family there are some areas where You can't walk Your dog (we talking APBT) even when he's on lead. All countries we would have to cross have them banned, I do know it's on paper but You still (or rather putting Your dog to) have to risk.
The pup was with all papers, ped, ADBA reg, parents working dogs with many wins, and pup was light brown with great ''dirty'' black nose.

Anyway, after me failing to find even one lad (had spoken to some great people with huge experience) who would tell me that it is possible to raise that cracker along with other dog without gambling with the life of that dog, we passed for next good few years - will come back to that for sure.

As I said before, this forum helped me to come up with that, wise I think, decision. All the best.

You missing my point Vinny. It's not the same walking APBT and other breed dog which is not on the list, You wont argue with that champ. Same, as I stated before, there are some areas in my town where You are not welcome with Your Pitt. And I belive for some owners that's good decision.
Vinny, can You let lose Your dog in park? No You can't. I saw my self lad beeing stopped because he let his do run all over the park. No one stopped me with my dogs, and they run lose every day.
